Experience: 5 - 8 years in metal can / aerosol / refrigerant can manufacturing with supervisory experience.
Salary Budget: 12 LPA - 18 LPA

Reports To: Production Manager / Plant Manager
Ensure smooth can manufacturing operations, achieve production targets, maintain quality, safety, machine availability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Production planning and target achievement
- Monitor OEE, downtime, and productivity
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Ensure quality standards and reduce rejection
- Lead operators and supervisors
- Ensure PPE and EHS compliance
- Implement 5S, TPM, Lean, Kaizen
- Maintain production and KPI reports
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores
- Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Relocation Expenses will be given if Candidate is from out of City (Negotiable)
