- Experience with manpower handling and line balancing techniques.
- Knowledge of process engineering principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze production data and optimize processes.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Quality Control (QCC), Kaizen, and Productivity Improvement (PIV) methodologies is desirable.
