- Drawing study
- Day today activity follow up with employee
- Co-ordinate with planing team for material allocation
- Reduce overtime
- Check of ensure ontime procedure in schedule
- Achieve 100% Production target of committed
- Supervise & direct assemble line junior engineer etc
