Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily transformer production and achieve targets.
- Handle manpower, machines, materials & production workflow.
- Ensure production as per drawings, quality & process standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Testing, Stores, Purchase, Maintenance & PPC.
- Monitor production efficiency, rejection, rework & wastage.
- Maintain production reports and implement 5S, Kaizen & Lean practices.
Required Skills:
- Transformer Manufacturing & Shop-Floor Operations
- Production Planning & Team Management
- Drawing Reading & Process Control
- Quality Control & Troubleshooting
- 5S, Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing
- MS Excel & Production Reporting
