Our flagship product, the A2B Software Platform, is a next-generation B2B survey routing and sample exchange ecosystem built specifically for the market research industry. It acts as the intelligent "traffic controller" connecting market research clients (who need real survey respondents) with panel vendors (who supply those respondents).

We are currently upgrading to our V2.0 architecture, which integrates advanced AI capabilities like live feasibility calculators, real-time trust scoring, and automated financial settlements. We are looking for a driven product thinker to help us scale this complex routing engine and deliver a frictionless experience for both our internal operations team and our external B2B clients.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our software development team in Jaipur. Whether you are a recent graduate with a strong technical foundation or a professional with early product experience, you will play a critical role in shaping the A2B platform. You will work closely with our engineering and design teams to bridge the gap between overarching business objectives and technical execution, ensuring we deliver secure, high-value routing logic and intuitive dashboards.





Key Responsibilities

Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, including product designers and developers, to guide features (like self-service portals and AI fraud-detection tools) from ideation to launch.

Draft clear and concise Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), defining user stories, complex edge cases (e.g., redirect loops, auto-pause rules), and strict acceptance criteria.

Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure development sprints align with the roadmap.

Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify areas for platform optimization, responsiveness, and automation.

Monitor product performance post-launch, tracking key metrics (hits, completes, disqualifies) to iterate and continuously improve the platform ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills

0 to 4 years of hands-on experience in product management, business analysis, or a related software engineering/design role.

Solid understanding of Agile development workflows and the complete B2B software product lifecycle.

Strong ability to translate complex technical constraints (like API integrations and security protocols) into clear, actionable business impacts.

Familiarity with contemporary product management, wireframing, and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Linear, Figma).

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to unblocking development bottlenecks.
