Local and import parts ordering for BIW and GA needs

- Supplier follow up for MRD adherence.
- Hands-on experience in SCM & Supplier production sequence.
- Understanding of delivery lead time with support of SQE (Supplier quality) & Purchase.
- On time payment release co-ordination with finance
- Knowledged in SAP

1. Arranging of parts from Suppliers for Pre-Serial vehicle build.
2. Arranging of CKD parts for ongoing project from various PSA Plants / warehouse
3. Close co-ordination with BOM team for ordering list readiness
4. Should have knowledge and understanding on projects milestones to make it success
5. Regular review and meeting with Suppliers for Parts supportability
6. Routine discussion/follow up with SQE for parts readiness & quality concerns

Close co-ordination with warehouse team for on time GRN and closure of receiving concerns
8. Supplier visits for critical supplies to meet Project requirements
9. Organizing ONL-RPO meetings with Project, BOM team, SQE and respective stake holders for clearing open issues.
10. Management Presentation for overall project
11. Daily review on shop floor activity in line with Warehouse & Clients.
12. Pre-Serial parts cost management & SAP knowledge (preferable)
13. Ensure on time payment release in follow ups with accounts Payable [Finance]
14. Track PR/PO for all unique parts as per the Material BOM.
15. Follow & Close pending GRN along with supplier & WH team.
16. Prepare KPI as per parts receipt & highlight in Management.

Experience in SAP MM. Positive knowledge in EXCEL & PPT.

Sound exp in SCM flow. Warehousing knowledge

PLM (Added Advantage)

Education

Diploma or BE In Automobile Engineering with 3-6 years of experience
