Role Description The Procurement Associate role is a full time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for managing purchasing activities, including preparing and processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate procurement records.

The Procurement

Associate will source and evaluate suppliers, support contract negotiation, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams to understand requirements,



communicating with vendors to secure competitive pricing and timely deliveries, and analyzing procurement data to support cost-effective purchasing decisions. The role also involves resolving order discrepancies, supporting inventory management, and contributing to continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Orders and Purchasing to handle end-to-end procurement activities and vendor transactions.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret procurement data, assess supplier performance, and support cost and efficiency improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain clear documentation.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation skills to support favorable terms, pricing, and service levels with suppliers.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing within aviation or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, proficiency in basic office and ERP tools, and the ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment are beneficial.
