Manage the end-to-end RTV process, from inventory identification and RTV initiation to vendor pickup, reconciliation, and final closure.

Initiate and process regular and ad hoc RTVs based on business requirements, inventory status, vendor commitments, and operational priorities.

Share RTV documentation and communication with brands/vendors as per defined timelines and process requirements.

Maintain daily RTV trackers/MIS, ensuring accurate updates on RTV creation, quantities, value, pickup status, ageing, pending actions, and closure status.

Coordinate with RTV brands/vendors and Warehouse (WH) teams for pickup planning, inventory readiness, quantity reconciliation, and execution of vendor pickups.

Monitor RTV ageing and pending pickups, identify bottlenecks,



and drive corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.

Manage inventory recall requests, validate the requirement, and coordinate with dark stores and warehouse teams for inventory pullback and consolidation.

Work closely with the Procurement team on vendor-level follow-ups, pending RTVs, pickup delays, documentation, and exception resolution.

Coordinate with Finance teams for RTV corrections, reconciliation, debit/credit-related discrepancies, and closure of financial exceptions.
