Process Trainer - Mastercard (BFSI Fraud Operations)

Location: Indore

Salary for Training 8 to 8.5LPA

Education

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Certifications in Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 2-3 years of training experience in an International BPO environment.
- Minimum 1 year of exposure to BFSI processes.
- Robust domain knowledge in one or more of the following:

- Fraud Operations

- Credit Card Services
- Fraud Prevention & Detection
- Chargebacks & Disputes
- Risk & Compliance Operations

- Payment Processing Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver New Hire, Refresher, and Process Training programs.
- Conduct assessments, certifications, and coaching interventions.
- Support nesting and performance improvement initiatives.




- Ensure training effectiveness and operational readiness of learners.

Additional Requirement (1 Position) One Trainer should possess proven experience in Content Development and Instructional Design, including:

- Designing and developing training content for Fraud Operations and Mastercard processes.
- Creating learner guides, facilitator guides, SOPs, process maps, simulations, and job aids.
- Developing e-learning and micro-learning modules.
- Managing content governance and version control.
- Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and learning impact assessments.
