Experience: 4+ Years

Specialty: IP DRG, ED, E&M;, Anesthesia, Surgery, Ancillary

Certification: Any Coding Certification Mandatory

Locations: Chennai & Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct process and coding training sessions for coders
- Support onboarding, knowledge transfer, and refresher training programs
- Ensure adherence to coding guidelines, quality standards, and client requirements
- Identify learning gaps and implement improvement plans
- Monitor coding accuracy, productivity, and performance metrics
- Provide feedback and coaching to improve coding quality
- Support audits, compliance initiatives, and process governance
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to drive continuous improvement
