Job Description· Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.· 8+ years of experience in a hands-on technical/development role.· Data Cloud Expertise: Robust understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), data integration, data modeling, and data management practices, DLO, DMO, Calculated Insights, Activations· Marketing Cloud Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SQL, and AMPscript.· Good experience in Sales and Service Clouds· Knowledge of all phases of software development including requirement, analysis, design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support.· Experience in source control tool like Git· Problem-Solving:



Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.· Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.· Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in developing and customizing solutions. Preferred Qualifications:· Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, Salesforce Data Cloud certifications, or other relevant Salesforce certifications.Job Responsibilities· Data Cloud Solutions: Develop and manage data integration, data modeling, and data pipelines using Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly known as Salesforce CDP).· Customization: Customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud components, including AMPscript, SQL queries, and API integrations to meet business needs.· Integration: Integrate Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud with other Salesforce modules
