nResponsibilities:
n● Architecture Design: Lead the design and development of technical architectures that integrate
nSalesforce and Zuora platforms. Ensure the solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with
nbusiness requirements.
n● Salesforce Development: Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce
napplications, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce
ntechnologies.
n● Zuora Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and Zuora, ensuring
nsmooth data flow and synchronization of customer information, subscriptions, and billing data.
n● Subscription Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize
nsubscription management processes using Zuora's capabilities, including product catalog,
npricing, and subscription lifecycle management.
n● Billing and Invoicing:
Implement billing and invoicing solutions within Salesforce and Zuora,
nensuring accurate and effective handling of subscription charges and payments.
n● Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity and consistency between Salesforce and Zuora platforms
nthrough effective data synchronization and data governance.
n● Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team,
nconducting code reviews, and guiding best practices.
n● Troubleshooting and Support: Address complex technical issues related to Salesforce and Zuora
nintegration, working closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve challenges.
n● Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and other technology
nteams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver high-quality solutions.
