Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Xceptor Developer with 4+ years of relevant development experience and a robust background in Investment Banking or Financial Services environments. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting intelligent automation and reconciliation solutions using the Xceptor platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Operations, and Technology teams to remediate EUCs, automate high-risk manual processes, and deliver scalable, audit-compliant solutions.
NDesign, develop, and maintain Xceptor-based automation and reconciliation solutions for Investment Banking operations, including reconciliations, data validations, and exception management.
NBuild and configure Reconrules, Lookups, Message Processors, File Sequencing, Translation Tables, and Intelligent Matching logic to support complex data flows.
NLead or contribute to EUCremediation initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, auditability, and operational risk reduction.




NCollaborate with BusinessAnalysts and Operations teams to gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and translate business logic into Xceptor solutions.
NSupport UAT, go-live, andpost-production activities, including defect resolution, enhancements, and performance tuning.
NHandle large-volume data processing and optimize Xceptor workflows for performance, scalability, and resilience.
NProvide production support, including root cause analysis and incident resolution within SLA timelines.
NWork in hybrid automationenvironments where Xceptor integrates with platforms such as Appian, GenAI, and data systems.
NMaintain proper documentation, configuration standards, and version control for Xceptor implementations.
N4+ years of hands-on Xceptor development experience.
NOverall experience in Financial Services or Investment Banking environments.
