N n· Responsible for managing and executing residential Interior Project.
N· Responsible for budgeting, planning and resource management.
N· Should be able to coordinate with the design team, procurement team, estimation & Vendors
N· Should be able to closeprojects with required quality and time lines provided.
N· Should be able to communicate effectively and handle client escalations
N nRequired Experience, Skills and Qualifications
N n· Language: Must have positive command on English Language
N· Education: Bachelor's degree -Civil
N· Proven working experience in Residential Site Execution & Modular kitchen
N· Knowledge in Auto Cad Software.
N· Should be able to read 2D drawings and do measurement at sites.
N· Knowledge on Billing ofMaterials.
N· Quotation Checking, Technical Details
N· 2d & 3d drawings knowledge
N· Strong Communication and presentation skills
N· Project management skills
N· Minimum of 1-4 Years ofexperience required in residential interiors
N· Managing 3- 4 projects at time.
