nThings to carry for interview:
n• Candidates must carry a copy of their updated resume
n• It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive
n• Please carry 2 Photocopies of original Aadhar or PAN card
n• Candidates must carry a passport size photo
n

nEducation:
n• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
n• Full-time graduation with CCNA Certified
n• Must have completed 15 years of regular education
n

nMust Have Skills:
n• Positive Communication and interpersonal skills
n• Experience in last mile access network and network elements routers




n• Good understanding of telecom processes
n• Basic understanding of telecom technologies such FTTB FTTN VDSL Copper
nGPON etc.
n• Exposure of working on Provisioning configuration of Telecom services
n• Readiness to work in shifts
n• Experience in the design, configuration and telecom systems, hardware and
nsoftware applications.
n• Understanding of switching systems, cabling and fiber optics.
n• Knowledge of network topology
n• Cisco Platforms 78xx, 65xx, firewalls, routers, switches would be added
nadvantage
n• LAN, WAN, WLAN infrastructures
n• Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SMTP, NTP, SNMP, VoIP
n• ATM, MPLS, Frame Relay, and Metro Ethernet
n

nGood To Have Skills:
n• Perform configuration, turn-up and testing of managed services equipment
nfor day 1 (Service Delivery) customer installations and day 2 (Service
nAssurance) support of existing customers.
