- Understanding of core HR, payroll rules, and Benefits. N
- Hands‐on with HCM Extracts and integration mapping. N
- Experience with integration patterns and reporting frameworks. N
- Experience working on multiple full lifecycle implementations N
- Excellent communication, documentation, and workshop‐leading skills N
