- Contribute to AI-enabled Salesforce use cases and intelligent service capabilities.n
- Participate in testing, documentation, deployment, defect resolution, and production support.n

nExpertise You'll Bring:

- Hands-on exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform, and AI-enabled CRM capabilities.n
- Ability to configure, customize, and support Salesforce applications.n
- Understanding of Salesforce development best practices, testing, deployment, and support processes.n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.n
