- Provide L2/L3 production support for applications built on Python Django, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL.n
- Perform analysis, debugging, and resolution of complex technical issues in a 24/7 production setting (if applicable).n
- Work closely with development teams to identify root causes and drive permanent fixes.n
- Monitor application performance, logs, and message flows across Kafka topics, Camel routes, and backend services.n
- Support deployments and operational activities on OpenShift including pod debugging, log tracing, and service monitoring.n
