NYou will combine hands-onengineering, technical leadership, and domain-driven design to build scalable, data-intensive solutions that drive complex investment market analytics.
NThis is a key role bridging engineering excellence and financial domain expertise, working closely with analytics professionals, and stakeholders.
NResponsibilities:
NTechnical Leadership:

- Lead a cross-functional engineering team (backend, frontend, data) N
- Own system architectureand technical design decisions N
- Set engineering standards: code quality, performance, security, and scalability N
- Mentor engineers and perform technical reviews N
- Drive best practices inCI/CD, testing, and observability N

nHands-On Development:

- Design and implement backend services using .NET (C#) N
- Build contemporary, user-centric interfaces with React N




- Design and optimize Graph Database models to represent complex ownership, fund, and valuation relationships N
- Ensure high performancequerying and analytics over interconnected financial data N
- Collaborate on API design (REST / GraphQL) N

- Work closely withPrivate Equity and Valuation experts, Business Analysts and SME's to translate business requirements into technical solutions N
- Participate in data modeling for: N

nMandatory Skills Description:
NTechnical:

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Full Stack development. N
- 4+ years experience managing development teams on a Team Lead position N
- 3+ years delivering UI solutions with React framework. N
- Proven expertise with Graph Databases (Cypher, Gremlin, graph modeling
