Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with strong backend expertise in Golang (Primary) and frontend development using React (Secondary). The preferred candidate is expected to have hands-on experience with Azure cloud platforms and exposure to AI Tools or GenAI-driven solutions, contributing to scalable and intelligent application development in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Golang (backend) and React.js (frontend)
Build high-performance backend services leveraging Go concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels)
Develop responsive, modular, and reusable UI components using React
Design and implement RESTful and event-driven APIs
Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on Azure cloud services
Work with SQL/NoSQL databases ensuring performance and scalability
Ensure application security, performance, reliability, and code quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architecture, product, DevOps)
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Rally preferred)
Contribute to AI/GenAI-driven features such as intelligent APIs, automation workflows, or copilots
Follow CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices

Required Qualifications
5–6 years of experience in software development




Robust backend expertise in Golang (Primary Skill)
Hands-on experience in frontend development using React.js (Secondary Skill)
Experience with Azure cloud (App Services, AKS, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, etc.)
Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems
Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Valuable understanding of AI/ML or GenAI concepts (LLMs, APIs, basic integrations)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS
Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka or similar)
Exposure to Azure AI services / model deployment
Experience in integrating LLMs, prompt engineering, or RAG-based solutions
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, App Insights, Grafana)
Experience in enterprise or regulated domains (nice to have)
