3–5+ years of hands-on Ironclad CLM implementation experience.
Solid experience in end-to-end CLM implementation.
Ironclad workflow, template, clause library, metadata, and dashboard configuration.
Robust CLM process design and fit-gap analysis experience.
Data migration, functional testing, and UAT experience.
Strong stakeholder management across Legal, IT, Sales, Procurement, and Finance.
Experience in change management, training, and user adoption.
Excellent client-facing, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Valuable-to-Have Skills
Experience with Icertis, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM, or ContractPodAi.
Integration experience with Salesforce,



DocuSign, NetSuite, SAP Ariba, or Coupa.
Contract analytics / AI-assisted contract review experience.
Knowledge of Ironclad AI/Jurist.
PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
Big 4 / GSI / legal-tech consulting experience.
Experience in regulated industries.
