Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure that interior projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily interior site activities and coordinate with workers, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and other interior works.
Ensure work is executed according to drawings, designs, measurements, and specifications.
Coordinate with interior designers, architects, project managers, and clients when required.
Check material requirements, deliveries, and proper utilization of materials at site.
Monitor workmanship and ensure quality and finishing standards are maintained.
Track project progress and report daily updates to the project manager.




Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams.
Ensure proper safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the site.
Manage manpower and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.

Requirements:
Previous experience in interior site supervision or interior construction.
Positive knowledge of interior finishing and construction processes.
Ability to read and understand drawings and measurements.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Experience: 2–5 years preferred. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
