FNPL is looking for an experienced and proactive IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support across the organization. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant IT experience, with solid troubleshooting and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for desktops, laptops, printers, monitors and other peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, printer and other technical issues.
Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops and other IT equipment.
Manage basic LAN, Wi-Fi, networking and connectivity-related issues.
Configure and maintain email accounts, software applications and user access.
Maintain IT asset inventory, records and equipment allocation.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, networking and IT-related services.
Ensure timely resolution of IT support requests and minimize downtime.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of internet infrastructure for classrooms, offices and events.
Support audio-visual equipment such as projectors, displays and other classroom technology.
Maintain basic documentation of IT systems,



assets and troubleshooting activities.
Ensure regular system updates, antivirus and basic IT security practices.
Provide technical assistance during online/offline classes, examinations and other significant academic activities.
Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in network support and troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office and common software applications.
Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, networking, routers and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with laptops, desktops, printers and other IT peripherals.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple IT issues efficiently.
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field will be preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
