nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Technically lead the sustenance team responsible for maintaining, supporting, and enhancing Network Automation and Orchestration products.n
- Own the overall sustenance engineering lifecycle, including defect resolution, product enhancements, maintenance releases, and associated design, code, and unit/integration test artifacts.n
- Drive engineering excellence through effective debugging, root-cause analysis, code quality, regression testing, and automation of repetitive maintenance activities.n
- Analyse production issues and customer-reported defects, establish root causes, and drive timely resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.n
- Mentor team members on troubleshooting, design principles, coding standards, testing practices, and effective problem-solving.n
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Development, QA, Customer Support, and other engineering teams to ensure end-to-end resolution of product issues and successful delivery of enhancements.n
