nThe IT Endpoint JAMF Engineer will be responsible for the design, engineering, and operation of up-to-date endpoint management solutions, with a strong focus on macOS-based enterprise environments. This role supports a global workforce and plays a key part in driving secure, scalable, and user-centric endpoint management using JAMF. The engineer will collaborate closely with security, development, and IT support teams to enhance employee experience, mobility, and operational efficiency.

nWhat You'll Do:

- n
- Design, implement, and manage contemporary endpoint management solutions for macOS environments globallyn
- Administer and optimize JAMF Pro and its components including Composer, Recon, Remote, Imaging, and dashboardsn
- Create, test, and deploy application packages, patches, policies, and configuration profiles using JAMFn




- Manage Apple DEP and VPP programs to support automated device enrollment and app distributionn
- Operate, monitor, and support macOS endpoints for remote users using cloud-based management toolsn
- Integrate certificates, certificate authorities, and distribution points into endpoint workflowsn
- Provide advanced support to global IT helpdesk teams and ensure high first-call resolution ratesn
- Collaborate with Security, Development, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care teams on endpoint initiativesn
- Support developers by understanding their tooling needs and recommending optimal endpoint solutionsn
- Integrate third-party systems and applications into the macOS environmentn
- Follow documented procedures and operate within a process-driven, highly regulated environmentn
- Continuously improve endpoint performance, security posture, and user experiencen
