Since 2017 we have delivered automation, control and digitalisation solutions to over 200 customers across Dairy, Marine, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Renewable Energy, Tyre & Rubber and Packaging industries, including strategic clients such as ISRO.
nWe are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to grow our automation business — deepening relationships with our existing customer base and opening new accounts across OEMs, End Users and System Integrators.

nRole Purpose
nOwn the complete sales cycle for industrial automation products, systems and turnkey solutions in the assigned territory.

nKey Responsibilities
nBusiness Development & Account Growth
n
- n
- Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs, End Users and System Integrators in the assigned territory.n
- Conduct regular customer visits, map plant-level automation requirements and identify upgrade,



retrofit and expansion opportunities.n
- Build and maintain a healthy, continuously updated prospect pipeline against monthly, quarterly and annual order booking targets.n
- Coordinate with the internal engineering, projects and procurement teams for feasibility inputs, delivery schedules and order execution handover.n
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and orders in the CRM, and submit periodic sales reports and forecasts to management.n

nRequired Skills & Experience
n
- n
- 1–2 years of hands-on sales experience in the industrial automation fieldn
- Sound working knowledge of PLC systems, SCADA/HMI, VFDs and motion drives, switchgear and low-voltage electrical systems, control panels, instrumentation and field devices, and industrial networking.n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.n
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools;
