nResponsibilities

- n
- Design/operations experience with VDI solutions (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, VMware Horizon).n
- Robust knowledge of identity and access management: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA, SSPR.n
- Proficiency in endpoint protection: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, security baselines, BitLocker, disk encryption.n
- Solid understanding of Zero Trust principles, network segmentation, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).n
- Experience integrating collaboration tools across M365 and enabling secure external collaboration.n
- Ability to develop scripts/automation (PowerShell) and leverage Graph API for device/app management.n
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management,



and documentation skills; ability to lead complex programs.n
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents), including solution architecture, governance, and security.n
- Experience implementing digital workplace solutions in sales and marketing environments, with a focus on user adoption, process automation, and data-driven insights.n
- Preferred Qualifications & Certifications Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) or Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.n
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate.n
- ITIL® Foundation (and higher) for service management practices.n
- Vendor certifications: Citrix (CC-V), VMware (VCP-DTM), Jamf 300+, or equivalent.n
