SPOT Micro School is an initiative by Insighte Childcare focused on creating alternative, child-centric learning environments. We work towards building spaces where children feel safe, engaged, and excited to learn through activities, interaction, and exploration rather than traditional methods.

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and hands-on interns who enjoy being around children and want real experience in a learning environment.

This is not a passive internship — you will be actively working with children, supporting them in activities, and becoming a part of their daily learning experience.

What You’ll Do
Engage with children throughout the day and ensure they have a positive, enjoyable experience
Assist in activities, games, and basic learning sessions




Support the team in managing daily routines and classroom flow
Help create a protected, fun, and nurturing setting
Build comfort and rapport with children

Who Can Apply
Freshers or students from Psychology, Education, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory). Students from other backgrounds like Tech are also welcome as long as they have the passion for working with children
Anyone who genuinely enjoys working with children
Individuals who are patient, energetic, and responsible
Willing to work on-site, Monday to Saturday

Willingness to be actively involved (not just observe)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
