Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of enterprise‐grade applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
Drive adoption of up-to-date development practices, CI/CD, and cloud‐native solutions.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security standards are met.
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across frontend and backend development.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide strategic solutions.

Essential Skills
Solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
Advanced proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.




Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
Proven experience in leading teams and managing end‐to‐end delivery.

Desirable Skills
Knowledge of Redux, TypeScript, or Next.js.
Exposure to enterprise‐scale applications and distributed systems.
Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, Jest).
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
