Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Java‐based microservices for enterprise applications.
Architect and implement real‐time event streaming solutions using Apache Kafka.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross‐functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Conduct code reviews and drive technical decision‐making.
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance in distributed environments.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long‐term solutions.

Essential Skills
Solid expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Hands‐on experience with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, partitions, schema registry, stream processing).




Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON/XML integration, and service orchestration.
Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proven ability to lead teams and manage end‐to‐end delivery.

Desirable Skills
Exposure to Apache Flink or Spark for advanced stream processing.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and messaging systems.
Solid communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
