What You'll Do:
Design and build Copilot Studio agents and conversational workflows that enhance user interaction.
Integrate Copilot solutions with Microsoft 365 applications and external APIs to ensure seamless functionality.
Configure Model Context Protocol (MCP) server connections and plugins to optimize performance.
Develop Power Automate flows to support Copilot actions and business process automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective AI-driven solutions.
Communicate AI and technical solutions effectively to senior stakeholders and business users.
Build and maintain intelligent automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform.
Support testing, deployment, and optimization of Copilot solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Copilot agents, integrations, and automation workflows.
Contribute to adoption and continuous improvement initiatives across AI and automation platforms.
Expertise You'll Bring:
6 to 10 years of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
Proven experience integrating Copilot solutions with Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
Hands-on experience in Copilot Studio agent development.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Apps (Deal Breaker Skill).
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Experience developing conversational AI solutions and intelligent automation workflows.
