EaseMyTrip is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team at our Gurugram office.
Location: Sector 32, Gurugram
Position: HR Intern – Talent Acquisition
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
Source candidates through Naukri/Resdex and other job portals
Work on different job profiles as per hiring requirements
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Follow up with candidates regarding interview and joining status
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases




Assist the HR team with documentation and onboarding activities
Requirements:
Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR/Management or a related field
Basic understanding of recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Knowledge of Naukri/Resdex and other job portals will be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Robust coordination and follow-up skills
Willingness to learn and build a career in HR
