Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Ludhiana. The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding and orientation programs. The role includes administering employee benefits, assisting with payroll-related documentation, and responding to employee queries in a timely and professional manner. The specialist will help develop,



implement, and update HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support performance management and employee engagement initiatives. The position also involves collaborating with management to address personnel issues, supporting training and development activities, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with the organization’s mission in mental health care.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies that comply with local labor regulations and organizational standards.
Experience handling Employee Benefits, including enrollment, communication, and coordination with service providers.
Proficiency in Personnel Management, including record-keeping, performance support, and employee relations.
Bachelor’s degree
