About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Part time Video Editor to help us create high-quality short-form content for Instagram and other digital platforms. You will work with raw talking-head footage and turn it into engaging, polished, and retention-focused videos. The role requires a good understanding of pacing, storytelling, captions, visual elements, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
· Edit 10–15 short-form videos/reels per month from raw footage.
· Turn talking-head footage into engaging and polished content with strong pacing and retention.
· Add captions, B-roll, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and other relevant visual elements.
· Maintain consistency with SayaCare's visual and brand guidelines.




· Deliver assigned videos within agreed timelines.
· Review and improve videos based on feedback.

Skills & Competencies
· Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
· Basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
· Good understanding of short-form content, pacing, hooks, and audience retention.
· Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
· Ability to understand raw footage and identify the best moments to highlight.
· Good understanding of captions, B-roll, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics.
· Good communication and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

· Consistent adherence to brand and editing guidelines.
· Timely delivery of assigned videos.
· Quality and consistency of edited content.
· Ability to incorporate feedback quickly and accurately.
