Position Summary
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for building and strengthening Open Systems’ internal Salesforce development capability, reducing reliance on external implementation and development partners. This role will lead the design, development, and maintenance of core Salesforce platform solutions, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, Flow automation, and platform customizations.

The individual will play a critical role in accelerating the Salesforce migration, driving platform optimization, and supporting the organization's transition to an internally owned delivery model. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and the CPQ Specialist, the Salesforce Developer will ensure scalable, high-quality solutions that support sales, service, and operational processes.

Strategic Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ, leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Visualforce, and platform-native capabilities.




Prepare test data, perform unit testing, support QA and user acceptance testing, troubleshoot defects, and ensure successful deployments.
Analyse business, functional, and technical requirements and translate them into high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Configure and enhance Salesforce applications, including custom objects, page layouts, reports, dashboards, list views, approval processes, workflow automation, email templates, and security models.
Ensure platform performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability as business requirements and process complexity evolve.
Build, optimize, and support Salesforce CPQ capabilities, including product configuration, pricing models, bundles, discount schedules, quoting workflows, approval chains, subscription management, and renewal processes.
