Role Description The Project Manager (Civil/Mechanical) will oversee end-to-end project execution for telecom infrastructure and related civil/mechanical works at the Indore site. This full-time, on-site role includes planning and scheduling project activities, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and clients, and monitoring progress against timelines and budget. The role involves supervising construction and installation work, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality specifications, and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will manage resource allocation, review technical drawings and project documentation, and prepare status reports and documentation for management and clients. The position offers a salary range of 20–25K and requires hands-on involvement in daily site operations, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Construction Management skills for planning, execution,



and monitoring of infrastructure projects.
Candidates should possess Civil Engineering and Infrastructure knowledge to oversee telecom site development and related civil/mechanical works.
Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to manage project costs, optimize resources, and adhere to financial targets.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in telecom infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects is an advantage.
Ability to work in office in Indore, supervise field teams, and maintain safety and quality standards.
Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and basic project tracking tools; familiarity with engineering drawings and technical documentation.
