Deloitte’s Tax Transformation Consulting practice is seeking a Manager, Tax Services professional to help clients modernize and improve their tax operations. In this role, you will lead SAP tax transformation and application managed services efforts, guide teams through complex delivery requirements, and help translate tax and business needs into technology-enabled solutions. You will work across tax, process, and technology teams to support scalable, compliant, and effective tax functions.

Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
Client Management:
Manage the day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; and manage engagement risk
AMS Delivery & Operations Management: Own end-to-end delivery of SAP FICO/MM/SD tax AMS engagements, including SLA governance, ticket triage and escalation across L1/L2/L3, incident and problem management, and driving continuous improvement in support processes and tooling
Practice Development & Eminence: Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thought-ware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals
People Development: Perform the role of counselor and coa
