About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Growth Marketing to own and scale Exotel's growth engine across inbound, campaigns, email, marketing automation, GTM automation, SEO, paid media and GTM execution.
This is an anchoring leadership role for someone who has experience taking an existing growth engine from 10→100, rather than building a marketing function from 0→1.
You will own outcomes across the demand funnel — from traffic and lead generation to MQL, SQL, pipeline and revenue contribution.
You will work closely with the Senior Director – Integrated Marketing on strategy and prioritisation, while owning the operating rhythm, execution and performance of the growth engine.

What are we looking for?

8–12 years of experience in B2B Marketing,



preferably in SaaS, technology or an enterprise-focused environment.
Proven experience scaling an existing inbound/demand-generation engine from 10→100.
Strong understanding of inbound, demand generation, campaigns, email, SEO, paid media, marketing operations and automation.
Experience owning a marketing automation/MarTech ecosystem and the processes around it.
Experience identifying and scaling GTM automation use cases across the marketing and sales funnel.
Proven ownership of paid media budgets of $350K+.
Robust understanding of MQL, SQL, SAL, pipeline, attribution, CAC and funnel economics.
Demonstrated ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Experience partnering closely with Sales/SDR teams on lead quality, routing, conversion and pipeline generation.
Strong systems-builder mindset — you create processes, automation, documentation and repeatable playbooks,
