Role Description

The Insurance Sales Specialist – Liability Insurance is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role focuses on consulting with healthcare professionals to understand their liability insurance needs, presenting suitable products, and guiding them through the policy selection and purchase process. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and engaging new clients, managing existing relationships, explaining coverage options clearly, and handling queries related to health and professional liability insurance. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotes, process applications, and ensure accurate documentation, while maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role also involves providing post-sale support, coordinating with the claims team when needed, and contributing to sales targets and overall business growth.

Qualifications





Candidates should possess robust skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage for consulting, closing deals, and managing client portfolios.
Convert leads into customers.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Insurance products, including liability coverage tailored to medical professionals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in clear, simple terms.
Proven experience in insurance, financial services, or healthcare-focused sales is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with high ethical standards and attention to detail.
Comfort with using digital tools and CRM systems for lead management and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field is advantageous.
