About the Role
This is a critical hire for The Techno Group of Institutions. The Head of Admissions will own the full admissions funnel - from lead generation and data acquisition through to counselling, conversion, and enrolment. This person sits at the intersection of the telecalling team, the counselling team, and the digital marketing function, and is responsible for making sure these units work as one coordinated engine. We are looking for someone who combines marketing instinct with operational rigour - someone who can set up data pipelines, run performance-driven campaigns, manage a large frontline team, and still keep a close eye on conversion metrics and admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Data Management
• Own the entire lead generation strategy - acquire student enquiry data through digital campaigns,



third-party aggregators, school outreach, education fairs, and other offline sources.
• Build and manage the data distribution workflow - ensure leads are routed to the right telecallers and counsellors promptly, with clear assignment logic and SLAs.
• Maintain a clean, trackable lead database; set up dashboards to monitor source-wise lead quality, cost per lead, and funnel drop-offs.

Marketing & Outreach
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team on campaign planning, creatives, landing pages, and paid media budgets across platforms.
• Plan and execute offline marketing activities - school visits, seminars, education expos, newspaper/outdoor advertising, and local activations.
• Drive programme-specific marketing (e.g. MBA Elevate) in collaboration with the academic and corporate relations teams.
• Track marketing ROI by source and channel; reallocate budgets based on what’s converting.
