Job Summary

Biodeal Pharmaceutical Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth through current client acquisition, strategic partnerships and expansion of contract manufacturing opportunities across domestic and/or international markets.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in pharmaceutical business development, contract manufacturing, third-party manufacturing or CDMO, along with excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical contract manufacturing/CDMO segment.
Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients across domestic and international markets.
Develop and maintain relationships with pharma companies, distributors, marketers and potential business partners.
Understand client requirements and coordinate internally with Production, R&D;, QA, QC, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to develop suitable business proposals.




Drive the complete business development cycle from lead generation and client discussions to negotiations, order closure and account management.
Prepare and deliver company presentations, product portfolios, commercial proposals and business offers to prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, MOQs, payment terms and other business conditions.
Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into confirmed business.
Identify market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.
Develop market strategies to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business, product expansion and long-term partnerships.
Participate in pharmaceutical exhibitions, conferences, client meetings and industry networking events.
Prepare regular sales pipeline, business development and market intelligence reports for management.
