What You'll Own
Day-to-day coordination across the internal team and outside agencies
The content calendar, publishing cadence, and approvals
Briefs, timelines, and the reporting rhythm
The single point of contact for partner agencies and vendors

What We're Looking For
5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Marketing Manager
Hands-on experience coordinating with social media agencies
Fluent reading and writing in Tamil
Calm, dependable execution under a daily, always-on cadence

Non-Negotiable
Fluent Tamil (read + write) and agency-coordination experience are essential requirements for this role — candidates without both will not be considered.
