Responsibilities:
Carry out routine maintenance of molding, punching, cutting, and other production machines.
Attend machine breakdowns and assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
Fit, assemble, repair, and replace machine parts as required.
Perform lubrication and preventive maintenance of machinery.
Ensure smooth operation of hydraulic presses and related equipment.
Use hand tools and measuring instruments for maintenance work.
Assist in installation and alignment of machine components.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of machines and work areas.
Coordinate with machine operators and supervisors to minimize downtime.
Report maintenance requirements and spare part needs to management.

Required Qualification
ITI Fitter (NCVT/SCVT)

Experience
05 years in factory maintenance, machinery fitting, or production equipment maintenance preferred.

Requirements:
ITI Certificate in Fitter Trade
15 years of experience in a manufacturing factory preferred
Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and fabrication
Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments
Responsible and willing to learn
