About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a passion for luxury jewellery and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist customers in selecting diamond and jewellery products based on their preferences and requirements.

· Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience.

· Explain product details, pricing, diamond specifications, and ongoing offers to customers.

· Build and maintain solid customer relationships for repeat business.

· Achieve individual and store sales targets.

· Handle billing coordination and customer queries professionally.





· Maintain showroom presentation, display standards, and product hygiene.

· Stay updated with jewellery trends, collections, and product knowledge.

Requirements :

· Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion retail, or showroom sales preferred.

· Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

· Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

· Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.

· Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail environment.

· Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,400.14 per month
