Hiring for Jira Administrator & Developer with solid experience in Jira Administration, Development, Customization, Scripting and Integrations. The role involves managing Jira/Jira Service Management, workflows, automation, dashboards, JQL, SLAs, custom fields, troubleshooting and integrations. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Jira Cloud, Groovy, ScriptRunner, JMWE, Jira REST API and Atlassian Forge/Connect.

Solid ITSM/ITIL knowledge and troubleshooting skills are preferred. This is a hybrid, full time role based in Whitefield, Bengaluru.

Pure Jira

Administrator profiles will not be considered; candidates must have both Jira Administration and Development experience.

Male Candidates are preferred.
