Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Process Associates to join our International Voice Process. The role involves handling US customers, resolving broadband/Wi-Fi-related queries, providing service support, and identifying opportunities for internet/broadband upselling.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls from US clients.
Understand and resolve broadband, Wi-Fi, and internet-related queries.
Provide professional customer service and support.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable broadband plans.
Pitch and upsell internet/broadband products and services.
Maintain excellent customer experience and communication standards.




Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing and sales skills.
Willingness to work in US/Night shifts.
Versatile and comfortable working in a target-oriented setting.
