Power Platform

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Power Platform Developer with 2–4 years of experience in SharePoint customization and administration, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and chatbot integrations. You will design, build, and maintain modern SharePoint solutions and Power Platform applications, enable Copilot Studio scenarios, and integrate intelligent chatbots to improve collaboration and automate business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- SharePoint Development and Customization- Build and maintain SharePoint Online sites, custom web parts using SPFx, site templates, lists, libraries, and branding.

- Administration and Governance- Manage SharePoint tenant settings, site provisioning, permissions, lifecycle, backup/restore, and governance policies.

- Power Platform Solutions- Design and develop Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate flows, and Dataverse solutions to automate workflows and surface data in SharePoint.

- Copilot Studio Implementation- Configure and extend Copilot Studio experiences for knowledge discovery, content summarization, and conversational assistance within Microsoft 365.

- Chatbot Integrations- Integrate chatbots with SharePoint and Power Platform using Microsoft Bot Framework, Azure Bot Service, Power Virtual Agents, and REST/Graph APIs.

- API and System Integrations- Implement integrations with Microsoft Graph, Azure services, third-party APIs, and on-prem systems; design secure authentication flows (OAuth, Azure AD).

- Testing and Deployment- Create CI/CD pipelines for SPFx and Power Platform solutions, perform unit and integration testing, and manage deployments across environments.





- Support and Documentation-Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot issues, produce technical documentation, run knowledge transfer sessions, and train end users and administrators.

- Required Qualifications and Skills

- Experience: 2–4 years working with SharePoint Online customization

- Power Platform: Strong experience building Power Apps and Power Automate flows; familiarity with Dataverse

- Copilot Studio: Practical experience configuring Copilot Studio scenarios or implementing Copilot-driven features in Microsoft 365.

- Chatbots: Experience integrating Power Virtual Agents or Bot Framework bots with SharePoint and Power Platform.

- Development: Proficiency in SPFx, TypeScript, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

- APIs and Automation: Experience with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, Azure Functions, and PowerShell scripting.

- Security and Identity: Knowledge of Azure AD, role-based access control, and secure authentication patterns.

- DevOps: Familiarity with source control, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Additional Requirements

- Certifications: Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Azure certifications.

- Azure Services: Experience with Azure Cognitive Services, LLM integrations, or Azure Bot Service.

- On-Prem SharePoint: Exposure to hybrid SharePoint environments and migration experience.

- Data Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and ETL concepts.

- Agile Practices: Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
