About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Bilingual Pre-Sales Analyst with strong Portuguese and English communication skills to support global stakeholders, sales pursuits, and business operations. The role requires excellent coordination abilities, strong organizational skills, and the willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced international environment.

The candidate will work closely with global teams, support opportunity and proposal coordination, maintain reports and trackers, and assist in day-to-day pre-sales and business operations activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support pre-sales activities, opportunity tracking, and proposal coordination across global teams.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and track sales opportunities, action items, deliverables, and timelines.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, opportunity trackers, proposals, and presentations.
- Facilitate communication between English- and Portuguese-speaking stakeholders.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, documenting decisions, and following up on action items.
- Support administrative and operational tasks related to opportunity and proposal execution.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of opportunity and proposal status.




- Learn new tools, processes, and business requirements as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Fluent in Portuguese and English across reading, writing, and speaking; able to communicate professionally with international stakeholders.

Technical / Office Tools

Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience creating reports, trackers, presentations, and status updates.

Preferred Background

- Experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Support, BPO, KPO, Shared Services, Operations Support, Customer Service, or Business Support functions.
