₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Shift Engineers – Machine Maintenance to support production operations in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and automation systems and hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, conveyors, hydraulic systems, robotic equipment, and industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform breakdown maintenance activities and restore equipment with minimum production downtime.
- Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance of production machinery and utility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC systems.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in VFDs, motors, control panels, sensors, relays, and automation systems.
- Maintain conveyors, EMS conveyors, Motrain systems, hydraulic presses, electric hoists, robotic systems, and electro-pneumatic equipment.
- Conduct regular machine inspections to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.




- Coordinate with production teams during maintenance activities and machine stoppages.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and shift handover reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce breakdowns and improve machine performance.
