You will own delivery across Applix’s enterprise AI and data engagements, working with engineering teams in India and enterprise customers in the US.

This is a hands-on delivery leadership role for someone who can bring structure, visibility, and execution discipline to complex AI programs. You’ll work across technical teams, customer stakeholders, and business leadership to move programs from discovery through production and adoption.

What You’ll Own

- End-to-end delivery of enterprise AI and data programs — from discovery and proof of concept through production deployment and adoption.
- Program governance and reporting — establishing a clear operating rhythm through weekly updates, stage reviews, executive reporting, and decision tracking.
- Risk and dependency management — identifying blockers early, driving resolution, and ensuring dependencies across internal and customer teams stay on track.
- Scope, timeline, and budget management across multiple concurrent workstreams, with transparent and transparent reporting.
- Cross-functional coordination between engineering teams in India and customer stakeholders in the US, ensuring everyone is working from the same priorities, decisions, and delivery plan.
- Customer communication and execution discipline — ensuring stakeholders have consistent visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.

The Part Most Job Descriptions Leave Out

- Enterprise AI delivery is 40% coordination and 60% dealing with people who are busy, skeptical, or both.
- You will chase a VP for a spreadsheet three times and still be welcome on the next call.
- You will tell a client data scientist that their team’s data has a defect, with evidence, and hold the position when they push back — because they’re often right and occasionally not.




- You will be the person who says, “That date won’t hold,” in week two rather than week nine.
- We need someone with spine and judgment about when to use it.
- People who only escalate are exhausting. People who never escalate are worse.

What We Need

- Real delivery ownership on complex technology programs — AI, data, cloud, or adjacent areas. Titles matter less than whether things shipped.
- Enough technical fluency to follow an architecture discussion, challenge an estimate, and know when an engineer is describing a real blocker versus a preference. You don’t need to be an engineer.
- Experience running delivery for US enterprise clients from India, including the timezone reality — some early mornings and some late evenings.
- Fluency with formal enterprise PMOs. Our clients may run PMP-certified project offices using Microsoft Project and gated governance. You need to speak that language with the client without importing the bureaucracy into how we work.
- Agile in practice, not just certification — Scrum, Kanban, or whatever the program actually needs.
- Written communication strong enough to produce an executive one-pager that a VP can read without needing a follow-up call.

Helpful, Not Required

- GenAI, LLM, agentic AI, or production ML delivery
- Manufacturing, industrial, or supply-chain experience
- Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet
- Experience working inside client environments — client email, VDI, badged access, and enterprise security processes

Six Months In

- Nobody at a client has to ask what’s happening on their program.
- Risks reach the right person from us before they escalate.
- Multiple engagements are running in parallel without you becoming the bottleneck.
- And delivery is a function with a process behind it, not a set of habits living in individual heads.
